There are many great points to make when it comes time to let your car go. However, there can also be some not-so-great ones.

Russia isn’t all that bad

Yeah they might have weapons of mass whatever and crazy everything. Amongst all the bad reputation Russia receives, there are many amazing reasons why the former Commys should get some respect.

Most roads in Russia don’t have speed limits, and the vast network can be epic. For example, the road above; it’s totally wtfbbq.

Only in Russia, will you see a plane incorporated into an abandoned building.

Pictures of crumbling buildings always spring ideas into my mind. This in paticular reminds me of the Chernobyl disaster; humans are gone but life has miraculously recovered.

Now, how could we forget about Russia’s intelligence sector? The tranquility really amazes me; a satellite in the countryside scanning the air for incoming objects.

And how could we forget about the Russian automotive scene. You would either expect a horse drawn carriage or a mafia-esqe Mercedes-Benz; wrong, they got the car scene down pretty good, pretty original and appealing to the eye. I love the shapes of the car, and it reminds me of the “shakotan datsun” internet sensation.

Russia is a pretty dope country, you just have to search and search until you find the heart of Russia. That’s when the awesomeness shines.
